All Prices quoted include VAT at the current rate and are in UK Pounds Sterling. Prices in other currencies are available on request
Note: International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling
Returns Policy
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in a saleable condition within 14 days of purchase to our Customer Service Centre. A refund (including the original shipping costs) will be made to the Purchaser upon request if payment has been received. All returns must be made by Special Delivery mail or courier service (to the customer’s account).

Shipping Times and Rates
All orders will be shipped by APC Couriers or Royal Mail Special Delivery for £ 7.50 or a superior service as selected during the checkout process. Please allow up to 7 business days for standard UK delivery
Please note that the Recorded Delivery service option has been withdrawn as several packages have not reached their destinations using this service and the Insurance with the Recorded Delivery Service does not cover jewellery items.
All mainland UK deliveries will be made via APC Couriers, other UK destinations (Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man etc) will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Notes: All our charms are handmade and sourced from craftsmen in the Far East so, from time to time, we may experience delays in stock delivery. If so, a representative will contact you to discuss delivery times or alternative solutions.

Currently, we are only able to accept on-line orders to shipping addresses within the UK. For overseas shipments, please contact our Customer Support Centre directly to discuss shipping costs and methods.
